Girdhar Gopal Dass is a consultant who helps companies 'unlock their true potential' and move on to their next level of growth and success. He has an experience of over 18 years in the Financial Sector and Consulting. He has held key positions in Consulting, Banking, Insurance and Mutual Fund companies. He has also headed the Business Development & Strategy for Aviva Life Insurance (A British MNC), where he was credited with securing some of the largest Bancassurance deals in the Industry for his company, and successfully setting up several Bancassurance partnership businesses.

Mr. Rajesh Bagga, an achiever of the 'Udyog Ratan Award' has served large MNCs and Corporate at Senior Management Positions i.e. Monster.com, Pearson Education, Tops Securities etc. in his 22 years of experience.At Pradhan his vision is to "Provide Quality Security Services with Skilled Manpower Deployment ". He also believes that efforts should also be put towards enhancing the skills of the existing guards.
